    Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions to help understand it better.

    • I noticed you posted this under the Education tag. Just to make sure I point you in the right direction could you confirm whether you're signing in with a personal Microsoft account (managed at account.microsoft.com) or a work/school account (managed at myaccount.microsoft.com)?
    • Does it fail in the desktop app, web browser or both?
    • Does the issue happen on one app or all Office apps?
    • Where does it fail entering email, password, or verification (MFA) step?
    • Is it on one device or multiple? Which device/OS?
    • Did you recently change your password or was it reset by your school IT?
    • What's the exact error message or code you're seeing? Could you provide a screenshot if possible (make sure to hide personal information)
