    Hi Bronwyn!

I understand that changes made to a PowerPoint presentation stored in OneDrive are missing when you reopen the file.

As far as I could find, there are no current reports suggesting that this is a widespread PowerPoint or OneDrive issue. Let’s figure this out together:

Please first open OneDrive in a browser, locate the presentation, and check Version history to see whether the changes were saved as an earlier version. AutoSave normally saves cloud-hosted files every few seconds, while pending offline changes should sync after the connection is restored.

    Also, please try the following:

    1. Check the OneDrive cloud icon for a sync error, paused status, or “Processing changes.”
    2. Confirm AutoSave is enabled and that PowerPoint and OneDrive use the same Microsoft account.
    3. Update Office, close all Office apps, restart OneDrive, and reopen the file directly from OneDrive online.
    4. As a temporary workaround, save a copy to a local, non-synced folder, verify the changes, and then upload it manually to OneDrive.

Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps, and I'll be glad to continue looking into it with you.
