Hello,

As I try to activate and then setup the sandbox of my Microsoft 365 Developer I am faced with the following issue:

We're missing some information. Please try your request again.

MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-d3f7-48b2-bc4f-4162e2ed23e4

Unfortunately, I do not know what steps to take to address this as nothing is available online and there is no detailed information on the issue. Please let me know how to address this, thank you.

    Hi @Anaelle Drai Laguens

    Thank you for reaching out.

Currently, I have not found any official documentation, known issue reports, or public references that specifically describe error code 40022 during Microsoft 365 Developer Sandbox activation or provisioning yet. Therefore, it is difficult to determine whether the issue is related to your account eligibility requirements or a temporary service-side issues within the Microsoft 365 Developer Program.

To ensure I fully understand your situation and provide the most effective assistance, I’ll need a few additional details, such as:

Are you using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account to register for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program?  Is this the first time you have attempted to create a Microsoft 365 Developer sandbox, or have you successfully created one previously and are reusing existing information?

At what stage does the error occur?

In the meantime, you may want to verify that your Microsoft account profile information is complete and up to date by visiting this: https://account.microsoft.com/profile. After reviewing and updating any missing information, return to the Microsoft 365 Developer Program profile page and try the setup process again. You may also try using a different browser or an InPrivate/Incognito session to determine whether the issue is browser-related.

    Any update would be appreciated.

Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
