A class representing a collection of GitLabGroupResource and their operations. Each GitLabGroupResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of DevOpsConfigurationResource. To get a GitLabGroupCollection instance call the GetGitLabGroups method from an instance of DevOpsConfigurationResource.
