When I try to sign in on my OneDrive app in my computer, I always have the [1200] error. This error does not allow me to sign in with my email and hence synchronize my OneDrive documents on my computer.

The error always displays the following information:

Correlation Id: 6aa6aa42-0340-42f8-9bca-583e95c3deef

Timestamp: 2023-03-09T17:09:59.000Z

DPTI: b4b9444d8e867f0edf7a907256fd8dce006b416251df2912cd786d774ce3c8d5

How can I fix it?

    Hi,

Can you sign in your account in OneDrive for web?

You can clear the OneDrive credential cache first, and then re-sign in your OneDrive Account:

    1. Exit OneDrive completely, and go to Control Panel.
    2. Navigate to User Accounts, and select the Credential Manager.
    3. Then click on Windows Credentials.
    4. Scroll down and locate your OneDrive credentials (OneDrive Cached Credential).
    5. Select and remove all the OneDrive entries one by one.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
