I followed all the steps and uploaded the image. I then changed the access type but the blob file is still inaccessible in a new tab.

Where am I seeing this?
Why is my blob still inaccessible in the new tab on step 5 of "Change the access level of your blob"? This step takes a couple moments to complete. Make sure that you see the Successfully changed access level for container(s) message and wait a couple seconds before refreshing the tab. I should not that when I duplicated the tab with the error from the earlier step, it duplicated the error message as well. This went away as soon as I refreshed the tab.
