Surface 5 Keyboards locks after first Bitlocker attempt.

Question

I am encountering a problem with my Microsoft Surface 5 13'' Laptop. After being prompted for the BitLocker recovery key, entering the correct and valid key causes my laptop's keyboard to lock up, preventing me from using it again. As a result, I have to connect an external keyboard to re-enter the key and proceed to Windows.

After logging into Windows, my onboard keyboard works with no problem again.

Has experienced this with 2 separate devices?

Is there a Security GPO that can cause the keyboard to lock up or any other suggestions on what can cause this issue?

@Elias Machuca (US), Thanks for posting in Q&A. For your issue, it seems to be with BitLocker issue on surface which we are not familiar with. I have done researching. I didn't find this as a known issue under BitLocker. But I find other user has the similar issue but without solution. For your issue, please contact windows and surface support to troubleshoot,
