Spam filtering on spamhaus

Question

Our customers try to reach us by mail via gmx.de and web.de e-mail addresses. As some gmx mailservers have been activated in spamhaus for a long time, many mails are rejected. I have tried to deactivate the check via the following page.
https://security.microsoft.com/antispam

But it still does not work. Is there another place in Microsoft 365 where i can deactivate the filtering on spamhaus?

@deinSchrank, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the issue, it seems to be with Microsoft 365 which we are not familiar.
