Hi, We have a discovery session. and the scenarios is that like our client has already AWS VDI, in 3 different regions like AMER, EU, APAC. and now they want to go for the W365 cloud PCs. so, what should be the discovery question before design and implementation. Discovery question should include basically the existing networking infrastructure as well as current implementation required. Thanks!

Windows 365 Enterprise

@Khushi kumari, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Before designing and implementing a hybrid identity solution for Windows 365 cloud PCs, it is important to ask the following discovery questions regarding the existing networking infrastructure and required implementation:

    1. What authentication and authorization solution does the company use on-premises?
    2. Does the company currently have any on-premises synchronization services?
    3. Does the company use any third-party Identity Providers (IdP)?
    4. Does the company have any integration with a cloud service provider?
    5. If yes, which services are being used?
    6. Is this integration currently in production or is it a pilot?

Answering these questions will help in defining the technical requirements to integrate the current identity solution to the cloud identity management system and to understand the current integration with SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS models in the environment.
