I have provisioned Azure Health bot on Azure under my subscription but when I try to launch https://portal-eastus.healthbot.microsoft.com/healthbot01-skycygu
its throwing error ( see below), I did this in east us and west us region but still doesnt launch.
Note : I had chosen free tier.
Has Azure health bot service being abandoned ?
How should one create health chat bot now that we have Azure Open AI ?

May need test it using the Bot Framework Emulator, before deploy. This will help you identify any issues before they affect the live deployment.

@Mudassar A I just launched a new health bot service in eastus region and it seems to launch the healthbot portal. Please see the screenshot below:

i just created a new one in east us region and the bot doesnt work again.

@Mudassar A Please raise a support case from your subscription. I think something is wrong with your resource.
Can’t raise a support ticket as the support ticket flow directs/forces me to forum .
@Mudassar A Do you have a support subscription enabled for your account?
If you have one, you should be able to create a support case from Help+Support blade on Azure portal.
Coming to the actual issue with the health bot portal, try to enable developer settings on your browser and load your health bot portal URL and check the error as this might also be needed if you have to submit logs to service teams. Thanks!!
The support ticket system doesn’t help as it forces me to come to community . I do have help and support blade . You have to understand the workflow you have designed doesn’t help to report a problem instead forces to come here . Basically I cannot get support from Microsoft on this problem though I have subscription. I have not tried developer settings yet .
