The straightforward answer is yes, although please take a note of points below:
- ExpressRoute circuit SKUs Local, Standard, and Premium can be connected to the hub gateway. ExpressRoute Local circuits can only be connected to ExpressRoute gateways in the same region. Please go through connectivity scope for different ExpressRoute circuit SKUs.
