Take a look at the document provided. First you have supported regions. Second you need to check if it is Azure VM or Azure Arc server. For Azure VMs you have a list of supported images. If the VM is from custom image there is a list of operating systems supported but the image needs to be from Azure Compute gallery created. There are additional information for custom images that you need to check. If it is Arc server there is a list of supported operating systems.

I am not able to figure what is the problem here. I have verified image deatils both above machines.

can you tell whether they are supported or not for azure update manager. if no why it is not supported.

The first one is Windows 11 - client. Client operating systems are not supported.

Second one it seems the SKU and offer are not in one of those supported.

I got the first point from the document, I could find it that client is not supported

but 2nd one I have not found in the document mentioning it is not supported, can you please provide me screenshot for that?
