I get the following error message when I attempt to use my login credentials to launch Planner:

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '09abbdfd-ed23-44ee-a2d9-a627aa1c90f3' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

@Crystal Liles Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, it is not related to windows 365. Windows 365 is a cloud-based service that automatically creates a new type of Windows virtual machine (Cloud PCs) for your end users. This issue seems more related to Planner. I'm not a support engineer of Planner and know little about it. It is suggested to contact Planner support to get more help.

    Thanks for your understanding.
