I have just completed the Azure migrate and it's discovered 10 Servers but the servers are not showing up when clicking on the 10 Servers and selecting the Azure Migrate appliance

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Wait for a few minutes: It takes around 15 minutes to discover servers running on a vCenter server. If the servers don’t appear in the portal, wait a few minutes and try again.
    2. Refresh Services: Select Overview in the Azure Migrate: Discovery and assessment. Under Manage, select Appliances. Select Refresh services. Wait for the refresh operation to finish. You should now see up-to-date information.
    3. Check Permissions: If you’re discovering VMware servers, verify that the vCenter account you specified has permissions set correctly, with access to at least one VMo and at least one VM.
    4. Restart the DRA service: If you’re using Hyper-V, you might need to restart the DRA service on the Hyper-V host.

If the problem persists, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance. They should be able to provide more specific guidance based on your system configuration.

    Hi synergyadmin,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your question we understand that your servers are not showing up in Azure Migrate after the discovery process.

In addition to Vlad Costa, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

Ensure that you’ve provided the correct credentials for the servers during the discovery process. Validate that the credentials are accurate and have sufficient permissions to access the servers.

Verify that the Azure Migrate appliance (such as Hyper-V) is correctly configured and running.

Restart the Data Replication Agent (DRA) service on the Hyper-V host. This action can help populate necessary registry keys.

After restarting the DRA service, perform a refresh in the Azure portal to see if the VMs appear.

Ensure that the servers have network connectivity to the Azure services. Any network restrictions might prevent the servers from showing up.

Navigate to the “Jobs” blade in Azure Migrate and look for any failures related to the replication process.

Cross check the results to confirm that the servers are marked as “ready to migrate.”
