I am also facing this issue. I am simply trying to create a pool under a new Azure Batch Profile using this link above https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/batch/quick-create-portal and no matter what I try it fails with the error PoolQuotaReached: Pool quota for the account has been reached.

Hi @Nikhil Duserla ,

Yes I tried the instructions listed on the accepted answer here and they are not working. We are not able to create pools at all no matter what values we try. We also should have the following pools available according to our quotas page on our Azure account but I am unable to select any of them and create a new pool:

We just receive the error "Pool Quota Reached" every time no matter what we try.

I also saw under our Quotas page warnings next to several of the VM types and went ahead and followed the Azure troubleshooting guidance and requested a new Quota which was approved for B class VMs but I am not able to see them in the dropdown when creating a Pool so it doesn't help me here.
