How to enable and see the Remote assistance options?

I using Intune to fully manage a android tablet. I deployed TeamViewer, TeamViewer Host, TeamViewer QS and Remote help, but I can't find anything for Remote assistance option.

I also assigned Microsoft Intune Remote Help License myself as a admin and to the users, but still nothing helping here to find any other information on the remote assistance. Also from the Connectors and token when I use the 'TeamViewer Connectors' then sign with with my log in information, its just take to directly to the TeamViewer site and doesn't connect anything.

    @TestUser, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, I find currently Remote help only supports for the following platforms and devices. For Android, it only supports for Android Enterprise Dedicated (Samsung and Zebra devices). From your description, our device is Android Enterprise fully managed. Therefore, it is not supported yet.

    For the remote via TeamViewer, I find the supported devices are as below. Android Enterprise corporate-owned devices are not supported yet.

    So I think this is the reason you are unable to connect via TeamViewer.
