we are facing issue after updating new June 2024 -windows update patch -windows10/11 pro .

Question

we are facing an issue after updating the new Windows 10/11 -windows update patch. randomly system hangs,Frezz and unable to perform any operation and any key also we need to restart manually and forcefully. laptop hang issues.Suddenly the screen froze and only the mouse point was possible.

Could you tell me why it is happening error, what is the solution for this issue? plz suggest.

We have tried as you mentioned steps. but still, we are facing the same issue. system freeze. after updating the above june and july windows update patch....... it is impacting our business...so..kindly provide a permanent solution on the above issue.

We have Uninstalled the latest installed update and checked after the system worked good for some time but after that still same issue. system freezing.
