Deploying a Chatbot from Azure AI Studio to Copilot Studio

Hello,

I'm following the guide provided here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/nlu-generative-answers-azure-openai to deploy my chatbot from Azure AI Studio to Copilot Studio. However, I can't find the option 'Deploy to' -> 'A new Microsoft Copilot Studio bot'. Is this option still available or is it only available in certain regions?

Also, the guide mentions to 'Edit the connection to the Azure OpenAI Service' at the end of the article, but when I try to do so, I'm redirected to Power Apps. Is this normal?

PS: I'd like to use an existing index in Azure Search to respond to questions in Copilot. If you have an alternate solution, please let me know!

Add your data to the chat playground.

Create a prompt flow from the playground.

Customize prompt flow with multiple data sources.

Evaluate the flow using a question and answer evaluation dataset.

Deploy the flow for consumption.

Thanks for your answer! Unfortunately the deployment is not done in Copilot Studio... It's the only way I found to deploy the chatbot 'easily' in Teams :/

you need to add the data source (Azure Search), then you will see the option to deploy to CPS

Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the deployment is not done in Copilot Studio. I recommend reporting this issue to the Azure support team. They will be able to investigate the issue further and provide a more targeted solution. You can report the issue by following these steps:

Go to the Azure portal and navigate to your Service resource.

Click on the "Support + troubleshooting" tab.

Fill out the required information, including a detailed description of the issue and any steps you have taken to troubleshoot it.

Submit the support request.

The Azure support team will review your request and provide assistance as soon as possible.
