Night Owl Protect CMS having issues on Win 10 Pro
Night Owl Protect CMS is having issues on a Win 10 Pro laptop. It works on 2 other windows computers; 1 laptop running Win 10 Home (over wifi) and 1 desktop running Win 10 Pro LAN’d to router that NVR is connected to. All computers have current updates. The laptop having issues has the CMS installed and logs into my account as the others. It also recognizes the NVR. Clicking on Live view, it shows the view panels for the 5 connected devices, but the panels all show black screen. The CMS program does not seen to have any adjustable user settings other than arranging the viewing panels. Are there any known workarounds or trouble shooting ideas. Seems odd that it works on 2 computers and not the third. Thanks in advance.
