Unable to delete a OneDrive file

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

One of my customer tried to delete a OneDrive file and it reappears

We have tried to stop sync(unlink and relink) but it doesn’t work.

Maybe a poor network connection or the file can be open somewhere, making it to reappear...
Have you tried to delete it from the trash too!?

Unlink OneDrive from all computers. You are likely synchronizing from multiple computers.

You should also verify if the folder is shared with other people and if they are synching that folder on their computers.

Once you confirm that all syncs are stopped, login to OneDrive online, locate the file and delete it. Make sure it's in the Recycle bin.

Delete the file as well locally if you can still locate it. Link your OneDrive last.

Could you please tell us the file format?

Have you deleted this file in OneDrive online?
