unable to download

Hi All,

I am new to Microsoft Teams administration. One of my users has reported an issue where user is unable to download Teams meeting transcripts to the downloads folder. Please guide me on this. Is there a setting that needs to be enabled to allow the user to download Teams meeting transcripts?

As an administrator, you can manage whether users can download Teams meeting recordings and transcripts.

Blocking the download of Teams meeting recordings and transcripts allows users to remain productive while addressing the risk of accidental data loss. Users only have browser access to play meeting recordings or view transcripts, but cannot download or sync files, or access them through applications. For more information, please refer to Block the download of Teams meeting recording files from SharePoint or OneDrive.

By default, transcripts appear in the meeting event on the calendar immediately after the meeting ends, and meeting organizers and co-organizers have permission to download transcripts.
