Factory Reset block not working on android device

When I've configured the Factory Reset option to be blocked for Android Corporate Owned Fully Managed device, I can still go to the Factory Reset option in the phones settings and reset it.

I've tried a few times now (enrolling the device, factory resetting the device)

Device Configuration Profile is on the Android Enterprise Platform

Configuration settings shows Block for Factory Reset.

    For this issue, please check if this configuration profile is successfully deployed.

    Then please make sure you don't mix users and devices in the same assignment group.
