I am wanting to find out if there is still a homeschooling program with assistance for homeschool families for discounts?

This appears to be a marketing decision. Most of the education discounts these days appear to be paid for by the institutions.

Be aware that with a Microsoft 365 Family subscription you can have up to six individual accounts associated with that subscription.

• Bright Horizons Back-up Care: You can exchange hours for virtual tutoring.  
• Childcare Subsidy & PRIME Program: Offers discounts for tutoring, camps, and educational activities.  
• Academic Tutoring: Reduced rates for test prep and homework help.  
• College Coach & Maven Clinic: Support for planning education and parenting needs.  

2. Microsoft previously ran a pilot program for homeschool families to access Office 365 Education for free. While that specific program is no longer active, homeschool students may still qualify if they are enrolled in a recognized educational institution.
