Due to some technical issues, I was unable to attend the exam, currently in my Microsoft exam (Exam Code: GH‑300) is marked as “No Show” in Pearson VUE. I would like to reschedule the exam, but I am unable to reschedule.

Could you please guide me on the steps to reschedule the exam

You can only reschedule 24 hours before the exam starts

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/reschedule-and-cancellation-policy#rescheduling-and-cancellation-policy-details

Be sure to reschedule or cancel exam appointments at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam or your fee will be forfeited. If you used a company-purchased voucher, the voucher will be forfeited. If you no-show for your exam appointment, your Company may be charged a no-show Fee.

Because the appointment is marked as “No Show,” the usual self-service reschedule option in the Learn profile or Pearson VUE portal is typically not available. After a no‑show, the original fee or voucher is normally forfeited, and only Microsoft Certification Support or Pearson VUE support can review the case and advise on next steps.

    Use these steps:

    1. Try the standard reschedule path (in case the appointment is still editable):
      • Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile.
      • Go to Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
      • Scroll to the GH‑300 exam appointment and check if Reschedule is available.
      • If present, select Reschedule and complete the process on the exam delivery provider’s site.
    2. If Reschedule is not available (most likely after a no‑show):
      • Open Microsoft Certification Support and submit a support request describing:
        • Exam code (GH‑300).
        • Date/time of the missed exam.
        • That the status is “No Show” and self‑service reschedule is not possible.
      • A moderator will respond (typically within one business day) and confirm whether a new registration (and fee or voucher) is required or if any exception can be made.
    3. If Pearson VUE was the delivery provider and there were technical issues on their side (for example, system outage, proctor disconnect):
      • Contact Pearson VUE support using the link provided on the Microsoft Certification Support page.
      • Explain that the exam shows as “No Show” but was impacted by technical issues and request a case review.

Note: Per the reschedule and cancellation policy, exam appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the fee or voucher is forfeited. After a no‑show, only support can advise on options.
