I used to have a microsoft 365 account thru GoDaddy, but I switched and signed up thru Microsoft directly. Now I can't acceess the microsoft account because the web browser keeps taking me back to the GoDaddy sign in page...and I can't sign in thru GoDaddy because I'm not a customer of theirs anymore. Anybody know how I can access my new microsoft email directly? Thanks

    Hi adminWFS

Based on your description, it sounds like the email domain may previously have been associated with a GoDaddy-managed Microsoft 365 tenant. To better understand the current setup, could you please share some information:

    • Are you using the same email address/domain in the new Microsoft 365 subscription?
    • Did you move the existing Microsoft 365 account away from GoDaddy, or did you create a completely new Microsoft 365 tenant directly with Microsoft?
    • When you access Microsoft 365 Admin Center, do you receive an error message or are you immediately redirected to GoDaddy?

I look forward to your response!
