Thank you for the response. I am not seeing the Add Viva Connections app under site setting from home site. Please find below screenshot. Please assist.

And second question from the MS link you have shared, in my case, Do I need to follow every article and implement it, or adding it from sharepoint site settings is enough? Please see below screenshot.

You should go to SharePoint Online home site to create a viva connections dashboard.

Please go to SharePoint admin center -> Settings -> Home site -> Go to the Current home site.

Thank you for follow up, apologies for the delayed response.

I can see now option "set up viva connections" from site settings after placing home site url in SP admin centre.
and I can see the create dashbaord option. but I have below few doubts on it, can u please clarify it?

What is the exact use case of this create/adding card? from dashboard?

By doing so are we adding some kind of web parts on home page so that it is visible to all users for ever? and does is not impact existing look and feel?

Can u help me with screenshots like how to use Mobile card here?

As mentioned in my first thread which is clients requirement, what exactly I should them to meet their requirements? is it only mobile dashboard related or something else?

Please clarify my above 4 questions, thank you for the support.

1.The Viva Connections Dashboard provides fast and easy-access to information and job-related tasks. Content on the Dashboard can be targeted to users in specific roles, markets, and job functions. The Dashboard consists of cards that engage viewers with existing Teams apps, third-party apps, custom solutions, internal, and external links.

2.It is visable to all users. It will not impact existing look and feel. After creating a viva connections dashboard, you could add viva connections dashboard as a web part into page.

3.You just need to add cards in the viva connections dashboard. Then adding viva connections dashboard as a web part into page.

4.You could use both Mobile view or Desktop view.
