How to fix camera?

no audio device on microsoft pro 12
i have no microphone, it all looked on, then i went on a Zoom call, and it just muted itself, I updated all the drivers installed and uninstalled nothing......I see lots of people have had this problem. Did anyone solve it ?

cannot increase volume even if trouble shooter updates it
when i try to increase the volume, it goes back to zero. Trouble shooter states that there is a problem or and output device playing with the audio. It updates and says it is ready but the issue is still ongoing.

In Google Meet, my participants always hear loud noise. It doe not happen to Team or Zoom or any other app, just Google Meet.
The loud noise sounds like a series of beeps. Only happens when I use Google Meet on my new Surface Pro. I tried it on other online conference apps, all works fine.
