PowerPoint app deployment in M365

We are planning to deploy a power point app in the near future but would like to better understand the process and requirements in m365 Is there information/documentation Are there specific requirements a power point app must meet in order to be deployed to the app source How do we submit an app what information must be provided with it What is the approval process is this onetime approval or dies it go through approval each time we submit an update
