My customer could not migrate their profiles from Akamai to Azure Front Door. Will there be an impact during auto migration of workloads to new profile.

Need some help on the below activity slated to happen in backend.

My customer IndusInd could not migrate their workloads on new CDN profile before the given date.

While backend team maintains that there will not be any impact, the application in question is serving 2M + users. If at all there is any impact, it is going to be huge.

    @Pallavi Ghadyalpatil

    Thank you for reaching out.

    As mentioned here. The migration is expected to be graceful. With the Nov 1 auto migrate: the profiles and endpoints will remain consistent; the downstream provider will be changed behind the scenes from Standard Akamai to Azure CDN Standard from Edgio.

    I have reached out to you internally and provided additional details.

    Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
