I would like to insert corresponding audio clips on each page of a PowerPoint presentation. The desired style is to display a progress bar indicating the audio playback and have the ability to adjust the audio progress at any time.
Currently, I have tried two approaches:
Dragging the audio directly into the slide: However, if the mouse is not placed over the audio icon, the playback progress is not displayed, so this method is not feasible.
Inserting a media player: This method meets the requirements in terms of display and operation. However, there is an issue when sharing the presentation with others or transferring it to another computer. The links become invalid, and the audio cannot be played. I have also tried packaging the presentation into a CD, but it still doesn't play on other computers. Although it can work under specific conditions on the recipient's computer, there are too many limitations. I would like to be able to use the presentation by simply plugging in a USB drive or dragging it to the desktop, without relying on specific conditions. Additionally, the media player cannot be used on an Apple virtual machine.
I hope to have minimal limitations and achieve consistent playback across different computers. Thank you very much for your assistance.
