I get this error when creating an access package in Azure AD. I've created many access packages before with the same settings as the one I'm creating now but this one fails. Could this be a new bug?

The issue has now been resolved.
Please sign out of your Azure portal, close your browser and go back and try create your access package.

We just created an access package yesterday successfully and today we are encountering this same issue.

Can someone tell me how this was fixed? We have the same issue.
Microsoft had to fix it - we didn't have to do anything. Not sure what they did.

This issue was identified through a support ticket today.
Can you confirm that you are using these settings?
"For users not in your directory"
Any of the 3 options:
Specific users and groups
All members
All users.
Approval:
Yes
This is has been flagged with the appropriate team for investigation.
Yes, I've been using "For users not in your directory" and "Specific users and groups".
Please keep me posted on resolution of this bug.
Having exactly the same error today. I tried 3 different Entra tenants, 2 different users (Global Admin).
This is occurring when I try to create/update an Access Package or an Access Package policy that has an Approval stage setup.
I have opened a support ticket with Microsoft on this issue.

I'm getting this exact same issue!
We are also having this problem, as of today.
Checking this morning, this feature appears to be working again.
