Use yaml file to create Azure Dashboards

Can we use yaml file to create Azure Dashboards. Yaml file can contain some kind of data quality validations.

The document which you shared talks about fetching the JSON representation and then create a template out of that JSON, but my question is can yaml file be ingested and individual dashboard be created for each validation it contains inside the yaml file?

Azure Dashboards are designed to be JSON https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/azure-portal-dashboards-create-programmatically you can store that in Github and run your tests there?
