Unable to connect serverless sql from Arcgis Pro client (SQL Server Authentication)

It was stated in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/synapse-analytics/sql/get-started-ssms,

SSMS is partially supported starting from version 18.5, you can use it to connect and query only.

I able to use SSMS to connect to serverless sql. But, it fail when using the Arcgis Pro SQL Server connector. I presume both are using the same ODBC version. 17/18

    solution
    There is no direct workarounds. Probably, the best is to dump the table from Synapse serverless SQL to external SQL database then using ArcGIS pro to connect the SQL database instead.
