Search panel doesn't suggest email addresses

When I search in the search box of Outlook and I type in the title of a mail or a mail address, Outlook doesn't suggest the best or similar results, it should work like the autocomplete thing when writing a mail address in the "To" box when sending an email (this works for me).

I'm using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021.

    From your description, I understand that you’re referring to the search functionality in Outlook not suggesting email addresses. This could be due to several reasons:

    1. Outlook Version: Make sure your Outlook version is up-to-date. You can update your Outlook version by going to File tab > Office account > Office Updates > Click on Update Option and Select Update Now.
    2. Safe Mode: Start Outlook in safe mode (with CTRL + R and type : outlook.exe /safe) and check the result. If it works in Safe Mode, then the issue is likely to be a conflicting or corrupt add-in.
    3. Disable Add-ins: Disable all add-ins (Go to File > Option > Add-Ins > Go and remove all) and then open Outlook to confirm, if it works then enable add-in one by one until you get to the one which stops Outlook.
    4. Indexing: Ensure Outlook is on the Windows search index. Open Outlook, then navigate to File > Options > Outlook Options > Search > Indexing Options, and make sure Outlook is selected.
