I have tried solving this problem by disabling the Always encrypted check button in linked services.
I am not understanding what to do?

problem solved we are supposed to uncheck the recommended button and select "Legacy"

Solution: The issue is resolved, problem solved we are supposed to uncheck the recommended button and select "Legacy"
