Im unable to create a storage blob in portal.azure. I followed the steps by going to the page and going to the categories then to storage to storage account and clicking create. It stops there though. I cant make one because it takes me out of the sandbox and wants me to make an account any pay for the services

    Hi Blaine,

Sometimes if you navigate to the portal immediately after the sandbox is created the portal will think there are no subscriptions. One thing that has solved it for me is to click on the gear in the upper right corner, switch to a different directory, then immediately switch back to Microsoft Learn Sandbox directory.

If you can't switch to different directory temporarily you may be able to refresh the portal page and accomplish same goal. Other potential fixes:

    • wait 1-2 minutes after the sandbox finishes activating and then load the portal
    • open portal in separate browser/browser profile (browse as guest, incognito, inprivate), sign in using same account

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was helpful.

    Thanks.
