@MigWin11 Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, did you want update windows 10 22H2 to windows 11 24H2 via intune? If there is anything misunderstanding, please correct me.
1.Yes. It is available upgrade from Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11 24H2 using Intune. You can create a feature update deployment policy in Intune to upgrade devices that run Windows 10/11 to Windows 11 version 24H21.

2.OS requirements:
To upgrade directly to Windows 11, eligible Windows 10 devices must meet both of the following criteria:
Running Windows 10, version 2004 or later.
Installed the September 14, 2021 security update or later.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/windows-11-requirements#os-requirements
Licenses requirements: You need a valid Intune subscription and enabled Intune tenant. The devices must be enrolled in Intune MDM.
3.Enrollment methods are listed in the following article:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/deployment-guide-enrollment-windows
If you want to intune and SCCM both manage this device, it is suggested to use co-management enrollment method.
4.Based on my understanding, there is no limitation.
5.Your firewall can't block access to Microsoft intune, Microsoft Entra ID and Windows Update.
6.It can be done via Intune by creating a feature update policy and deploying it to the devices. This process does not require a USB key or fresh install. The update will be pushed down to the devices and installed automatically.
Hope it will help.
