Files automatically attach when a meeting is created

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

As soon as the person creates an invitation on Outlook after entering the subject we automatically see that the files containing the same keyword are automatically attached and sometimes they are confidential files. we want to disable this.

    Are the attachments "suggested", but not actually attached? It might be Outlook's "Suggested Attachments" feature.

    A Custom email template can actually attach files. But that would attach the same file ever time.

    Hi @James James ,

    According to my research, it may be related to the meeting insights feature.

    The only way to Turn off Meeting Insights and People Insights is to use the global Settings in the Tenant.
