1 Ans: we are developing IoT solution where any Manufacturer can come and register their IoT devices and sell that particular devices for use:
So Normal IoT devices can be register with our solutions and any one can use, here we are using DPS and Group Enrollment to manage the devices.

2 Ans: same way we wanted to integrate azure sphere based devices in our Solution.

3 Ans: To integrate Azure sphere with the solution what are all the public APIs are available.

@brija we have an extended documentation on Manufacturing guide which I believe is what you are looking for:

Manufacturing connected devices
"This topic contains information about hardware, testing, and manufacturing tools for use with Azure Sphere. It is intended for manufacturing engineers who are responsible for the volume manufacture and test of hardware based on Azure Sphere."

Azure Sphere provides a public API through which you can request and receive data from devices in the field.
