Outlook connection

I try to connect to outlook on browser but it doesn't redirect to outlook page even though I waited for a couple of minutes, neither with refreshing and logging in again. Is there anything I can try?

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum.   

    From your description, it’s possible that you’re encountering a “repeating redirect detected” error. This can sometimes happen due to misconfigured roles or permissions in Microsoft Entra.   

    To resolve this, please ask your Global Administrator to follow these steps: 

    For the Global Administrator: 

    1. Go to Microsoft Entra admin center 
    2. Navigate to Users > All users 
    3. Find and select the affected user 
    4. Click Assigned roles

      Then: 

    • If the user is a Global Administrator, remove all other roles and keep only the Global Administrator role. 

    • If the user is not a Global Administrator, remove all roles assigned to the user.
