From your description, it’s possible that you’re encountering a “repeating redirect detected” error. This can sometimes happen due to misconfigured roles or permissions in Microsoft Entra.
To resolve this, please ask your Global Administrator to follow these steps:
For the Global Administrator:
- Go to Microsoft Entra admin center
- Navigate to Users > All users
- Find and select the affected user
- Click Assigned roles
Then:
• If the user is a Global Administrator, remove all other roles and keep only the Global Administrator role.
• If the user is not a Global Administrator, remove all roles assigned to the user.
