- Could you please clarify which specific information appears in Chinese? Is it an email, an attachment, or all menu, buttons and options
- Could you tell me which Outlook version you're using? Like, is it Outlook Classic, Outlook New, or the web version?
- Have you already tried any steps to change the language?
