Why is the info I need written in chinese ??????????

WHY IS THE INFO I NEED WRITTEN IN CHINESE ?????????????? i DON'T SPEAK OR READ CHINESE !!!!!!!!

1. Could you please clarify which specific information appears in Chinese? Is it an email, an attachment, or all menu, buttons and options 
2. Could you tell me which Outlook version you're using? Like, is it Outlook Classic, Outlook New, or the web version? 
3. Have you already tried any steps to change the language?

 

 If you're able to, a screenshot of the error would be a huge help! Please just make sure to cover up any personal info before you send it over.
