How to fix the auto color catagory assigned for shared mailbox members

i have managed one shared mailbox with 15 members , the mailbox have no rules. but the catagory is auto assigned . how to fixed .

    Thank you for the information you provided. I just had a quick follow-up — I was hoping you could clarify whether the auto color categorization is happening in Outlook on the web or in the Outlook desktop app?
