How to get the URL or ICS of a calendar

Hi,

We have a case where we are trying to get the ICS for a calendar and then give it to other users to import in their calendars, but the import/export buttons are grayed out and when we go to the web version --> Settings --> Calendar we can't see the save button for it.

So basically we want to have the ICS or the URL of the Calendar to give it to other user so they import it into theirs.

Thanks

    Hi @ym,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information you have provided, it looks like you need to export calendar in Outlook.

To export ICS link in Outlook Web:

    1. Go to Outlook Web > Settings > Calendar > Shared calendars.
    2. Select the calendar you want to export and select the permission.
    3. Click Publish and it will pop up HTML/ICS links for you to copy. User's image

    I hope this information helps.
