Which is the quickest way to access copilot from desktop or keyboard?

Based on the information you have provided, looks like you want to access Copilot quickly. 

If you have Copilot desktop app and you are using Windows 11, you can press Windows + C to activate Copilot desktop instantly. (this option is available in supported regions and builds)
The other way is to create a shortcut for Copilot on your desktop and taskbar, so that you can access it easily.
Go to Copilot setting, you can choose pin to taskbar and create a desktop shortcut. I hope this information helps.
