I've accidentally hit the button next to the send arrow when composing a message. The message didn't send but the whole window has greyed out and is un-usable. How to I recover from this. The icon looks like a video call with a lightning strike through it.

It sounds like you may have accidentally clicked on the video call icon next to the send arrow while composing your message. This may have caused the window to grey out and become unusable.

To recover from this, you can try a few different things:

Click on the video call icon again: Sometimes clicking on the same icon again can undo the effect and return the window to its normal state.
Refresh the page: You can try refreshing the page to see if that restores normal functionality.
Log out and log back in: If refreshing the page does not work, try logging out of your account and then logging back in.

Restart the computer
