Microsoft Loop Meeting Note Reminders

Question

My team is using Loop for meeting notes and assigning team members to tasks, can the organizer control the frequent reminders that are sent to the team members for those tasks. For example, if a team member is assigned to 5 tasks, they get 5 daily reminders to complete them. Can the organizer/delegate change that frequency for the whole group in loop?

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. 

Microsoft Loop allows individual users to customize task reminder frequencies, but organizers or delegates currently cannot globally control or reduce the frequency of reminders for all team members from a central setting. 

As of now, organizers or delegates cannot set or modify reminder frequency for all tasks or users at once within Loop. However, you can up a Power Automate flow to manage task reminders and reduce notification fatigue or streamline communication. For your reference: MS Loop Task Reminders | Microsoft Community Hub 

I know this limitation can cause inconvenience to some users. I encourage you to submit feedback and upvote existing feature requests to show demand from the community at Loop · Community. The Product Team is in-charge of the feedback site, and they are constantly checking the comments and feedback from our customer. Many features have been developed or improved based on users' comment.
