how to change password when code didnt send

Hello
I can not change my password. when I choose the forget password and send message it says that at this time this method is not working.
what should I do?

    • To help you with your password change, could you clarify whether you’ve forgotten your password or if your organization is requiring you to update it? 
    • If you've forgotten your password, do you have any alternative sign-in methods available? If so, please try them and let me know if they work.

    • Is the account a personal email (e.g., Outlook.com, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo) or a work/school account associated with your organization’s domain? 
    • If it’s a work or school account, are you an IT admin or Microsoft 365 admin for your organization? Can you reach out to another admin in your tenant for assistance?

    Kindly try to perform these steps to resolve an account block:

    1. Try using different browsers, devices, and network services to reset your password.
    2. Wait 24 hours, but please make sure not to reset the password within that timeframe, as this may reset the cooldown.
    3. If it doesn't work after 24 hours, try waiting exactly 48 hours before resetting the password again.
