Question about setupapi.dev.log -- nonexistent USB showing up?

I saw this in my log, however, I didn't install any USB device at the time. What could have happened?

The PC was bought in China hence the Chinese characters "串行设备" [serial device]. Sorry I'm not very good at techs...

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Have you checked the Device Manager?
The device driver may be not recognized by the system.

If there is no other effect, I think this problem can be ignored.
If you're still worried about the situation, you could contact to the PC manufacturer.

    Best Regards,
