    Hi @vardan,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand how inconvenient it can be to encounter an Unexpected Error every time you attempt to schedule your PL‑300 exam.

If the URL on the error page includes s=ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK, this typically indicates that your Pearson VUE account has been automatically blocked after multiple failed payment attempts.

Since your question is related to Microsoft certifications and exam services, please note that the Microsoft Q&A Forum primarily supports topics such as Office, Teams, and Outlook. We don’t have access to certification or learning‑related systems, so we’re unable to assist directly with issues involving your Microsoft Certification or learning profile.

To fix the issue, please contact Pearson VUE Support and request that they remove the block on your Microsoft exam profile. Once the block is lifted, you should be able to schedule your PL‑300 exam normally again.

For any other Microsoft Certification–related issues, please reach out through Credentials Support.

If your concern specifically involves exam appointments or scheduling, you may also contact our exam delivery partner Pearson VUE Support
