To start with, could you help me check a few details on your account:
- When you have a moment, please sign in to this page: https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony#subscriptions After that, click on Subscriptions on the left side and let me know the full name of the license plan displayed there. I just want to double-check exactly which plan your account has.
- Also, when you try to use your student account, could you let me know where exactly you’re signing in to download from?
- Microsoft Access is usually included in Office plans with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Were you able to download and install the Office package yet?
- Do you see any error message? If possible, you can share a screenshot as well, it would really help me get a clearer picture of what you’re seeing.
